Tips for proper use

To ensure your pet always has fresh and safe water, follow these simple rules:

• Refill water frequently
Always keep the water level high. The pump is designed to operate with at least 5 cm of water: if it runs dry, it could be damaged.

• Clean the pump and fountain regularly
Disassemble the pump and fountain and clean them with soap and water every 2-4 weeks. Avoid wetting the filter with soap as it cannot be rinsed.

• Replace the filters
Rinse the carbon filter under running water every time you clean the fountain. The foam filter should be replaced approximately every two months.
