The Open Porosity technology combined with the large available surface, allows the development of a large amount of bacterial flora useful for the abatement of nitrites, ammonia and the reduction of nitrates. The manufacturing process and the quality of the materials used make it possible to obtain a product that is much less affected by corrosion than competing products, while providing less resistance to the passage of water. This will ensure the homogeneous formation of a thin biofilm over the entire useful surface, making nutrients immediately available for the proliferation of bacteria. Suitable for both saltwater and freshwater environments, it can be used directly in the tank, in sump or in different types of filters.

Wash well with running water before use. It is recommended to rinse after six months, or when deemed necessary, directly with aquarium water.
